A Be a Local Complete Travel Planned Trip is a personalized experience an independent traveler would find difficult to organize on his/her own. Even the traveler with unlimited time and planning resources would not be able to replicate what we offer.

This premium service offers a comprehensive custom-researched agenda, complete with:

• Accommodation booking, either in small charming hotels or selected apartments.
• Dining reservations, from haute cuisine restaurants to hidden classic cooking spots.
• Unusual background information, a detailed sightseeing report and original tips on how to appreciate each location to the fullest.
• Specialized guides for several private and guided activities (Tour fees are separate).
• Itinerary and Transportation Planning with routing suggestions to go beyond the city lights. We are sorry to inform you that we do not provide bookings for air, sea or train transportation. Also, travelers are advised to obtain their own travel/medical insurance prior to departure.

For a better service, you can also complete a detailed traveler questionnaire, from which we will choose your hotel/apartment, plan your itinerary and suggest restaurants or other dining options according to your preferences and budget.

Upon receipt of the survey, we will create a personalized itinerary proposal along with a firm price quote for our service. The entire planning process requires at least 6 weeks, so we recommend you to make plans well ahead of time. Our fees depend on the length of the stay, number of bases and members of your party.

Once finished, the Complete Travel Plan will be sent to you by ordinary mail as a printed portfolio. Accommodation reservations and restaurant bookings will be properly communicated and tickets will be delivered on your arrival.
