Be a Local feels also close to those travelers that want to coordinate their trip on their own but that at the same time want to assure the discovery of the essence of the destination they have chosen.

In this service, we are fond of providing a personalized guidebook that some customers have come to consider as a “Bible”. It will become a companion, an additional member of your party in the journey you are about to begin.

Be a Local organizes accommodation and then facilitates a proposal of itineraries, activities, transportation plans as well as reviews on restaurants, coffee shops, exhibitions, music events, traditional fairs and small hidden shops. We are not planning each day activities but offering a route plan in order not to miss what is really important and what will make your trip a very special experience.

In order to be able to prepare an appropriate and personalized plan, we ask you to fill out our Travel Planning Questionnaire.

Upon receipt of the survey, we will create a personalized itinerary proposal along with a firm price quote for our service. The entire planning process requires at least 4 weeks, so we recommend you to make plans well ahead of time. Our fees depend on the length of the stay, number of bases and members of your party.

Once completed, the At Your Leisure Travel Plan will be sent to you by ordinary mail as a printed portfolio. Accommodation reservations will be properly communicated.

Customers will also have the chance to choose additionally some of our guided experiences.
