Steps to follow in contracting services of Be-a-local.
Contracting services.
1.1. - Languages.
The customer may contract with Be-a-local using, at its option, any of the following languages: English or Spanish.
1.2. - Initial request
The customer will make his initial request to Be-a-Local by filling out a form, through communication by e-mail, fax or telephone.
1.3. - Proposal for services.
Once the customer by the initial request and once received by Be-a-Local, it within a maximum period of one week will send by fax or e-mail a proposal for services and activities, with the quantities to pay. The customer will notify to Be-a-Local, not later than one week from sending the proposal for communication services and activities of Be-a-Local services, by fax or e-mail, whether he is consistent with the services and activities offered or if he decides to select any of the services offered and discarding one or more other or, if on the other hand, wants to add other new services.
1.4. - Final budget.
Upon receipt of the communication by client to Be-a-Local, it completed within ten days, will prepare and send to the customer, by fax or e-mail a final budget that will be included in the services offered, with their figures more taxes.
1.5. - Deposit.
This budget will establish the amount of deposit made by the client, noting, for this purpose, the following account number:
1.6.-Term Budget
In any case, the above budget will run for 15 calendar days from the date of shipment. If in the notable term, the company does not receive the conformity of the client with the budget, this one will stay without effect. The customer must refer to Be-a-local, by fax or e-mail, in fifteen days of force of the budget, the corresponding proof of having done the revenue or transfer in the number of account before notable. If Be-a-local does not receive the mentioned voucher of revenue or transfer, in the notable term of fifteen days, the budget will stay without any effect. In case of partial deposit, they will have force the services covered by the realized deposit. The remaining services for those that a certain deposit had been established and this one had not been realized, will remain definitively cancelled.
1.7. - Extension Service.
In the event that the customer, once closed and accepted the budget and made the deposit requested, sought an extension of services, Be-a-Local seek to provide, if possible, upon written request of the customer, by fax or e-mail, who will have to realize the deposit requested by Be-a-Local, in the manner provided for in the preceding paragraphs. In case the new requested services could not be obtained, Be-a-local will communicate it to the client, by fax or e-mail, remaining freed, in any case, from some responsibility opposite to the client. In this case, the client will have to accept the services established according to the initially closed and accepted budget.
1.8. - Payment service.
Fifteen days before the beginning of the activities, the client will have to justify to the company, the payment of the difference between the total amount of the services and activities contracted and the realized deposit. The client will credit the payment sending, by fax or e-mail, the voucher of the revenue or transfer in the following number of account.
2. - Resolution of the contract.
In the event that the customer fails to make the deposit by the amounts and within the period prescribed by Be-a-local, shall apply in the previous paragraphs 1.5 and 1.6. In the event of failure to make the payment indicated in paragraph 1.7, in the form and term established, the contract will remain resolved, losing the client the sums delivered up to the date with a view to deposit.
3. - Special cases.
In the event that deposits made by the customer and paid the fees to Be-a-Local accordance with the above points, one of the activities could not take place for reasons not attributable to Be-a-Local, the latter will immediately inform the client, by fax or e-mail. The customer must also through communication addressed to Be-a-Local by fax or e-mail opt for:
To obtain the restitution of those sums that constitute the price of the concrete activities or services that could not be carried out. In this case, Be-a-Local will expire in spite of trying to obtain, extra judicially, of the person or natural or juridical persons who are holders of the activity or service that cannot offer the restitution of the satisfied sums and, if these were restored, they will be transferred to the account that the client indicates to Be-a-local. In case of the complete restitution not be obtaining, or of a partial restitution be obtaining only, Be-a-local will remain unharmed of responsibility opposite to the client. The client, if he wishes it, will be able to exercise the actions that he considers to be opportune opposite to the person or natural or juridical persons who should be holders of the activity or services that cannot offer.
To request to Be-a-Local that the above mentioned activity or service are replaced with other one of equivalent quality and price, following the system of contracting foreseen in the previous points. The client will have to report to Be-a-Local if he wants or not that this one tries to obtain the refund of the sums to which one refers in the previous letter a). In this case, it will be fulfilled arranged in the mentioned letter a).
In the suppositions foreseen in this point 3, Be-a-Local will not have to return the client, any of the sums that it has perceived of this one for their fees.
4. - Special services.
In the event that any of the services requested involving the rental of buildings, the contractual relationship will be established directly between the owner and the client. Be-a-Local will act as a mere intermediary linking property and the client. The client will be the holder of the relation and Be-a-Local will not have any responsibility derived from the above mentioned relation
5. - Insurance.
The client will have to have contracted the assurance that covers the contingencies that could happen during his stay and development of the programmed activities.
